Refactoring compleated.
There is still a need to make a test.
I will check each example tomorrow.

When I test with 002-Html_Gui.au3 I get:

Question: Why I get 2 different handle ?

007-HTTP_StatusCodeTracking.au3
not works or at least I do not understand this HTTP status tracking
anyway WebEvents_OnWebResourceResponseReceived is not fired.

Please take, a look on this example.
All other checked and works well.
